Alge Group is a design + build company out of Wailuku, HI

Alge was created by an established on-island contractor to deliver more full scale luxury designs. As Alge’s project manager, I conducted site visits, consulted with clients, and listened to and identified client needs. Through thorough communication I defined project scopes, outlined objectives, and provided initial bids. Additionally, I tracked project costs to accommodate budgets, coordinated contracts and offers with subcontractors, managed scheduling, headed purchasing, provided punch lists and ensured regular client communication. Beyond traditional project management and taking from my design background, I also provided potential clients with brief design packages.
