Wailea Point is a condo complex located in Wailea, HI
Wailea Point wanted a full interior design package and project management for their condo. Below I’ve included a few of my design packages to showcase the progression of a full scale design process, from the initial conceptual to the final result. These three best represent the design process for their kitchen redesign
Below is the initial design package I presented which included different layout options for the kitchen
Once the layout was decided on we went into material selections. They wanted a 3d model with renderings to help visualize exactly what it would look like
Lastly we have the kitchen design package with all the specifications
